Return Policy

When you purchase an item from SweetieHearties All Sales are Final. Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to the Buyer and to SweetieHearties Shop.

SweetieHearties is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s).  If your item arrives damaged, please contact SweetieHearties through our contact page within 24 hours from the time the USPS tracking shows the package has been delivered.
SweetieHearties is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. If your item does arrive damaged contact us ASAP.

Verify your Shipping Address

When completing your address information at check out make sure you include the full address, be sure to include your house/apt/unit/etc.
SweetieHearties is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by consumer.

SweetieHearties Shop is not responsible for any misuse or injuries of any kind.
